Live streaming of conferences and concerts

For lighting in other rooms – areas of the Center the cost is determined on a case-by-case basis

Audio: 600(1) € or 1.000(1) € The cost of a second audio console on stage and of an extra sound engineer are specified in the Operating Regulations.

For sound coverage in other rooms – areas of the CCC, the cost is determined on a case-by-case basis

The events may be recorded, under the guidance and supervision of the CCC staff technician. The contracting party pays a basic cost of €100(1) for the supervision service.

Notes:

  1. All prices are in euros (€) and 24% VAT is not included
  2. The above prices include the use of a Video Projector and technical support by CCC staff
  3. The allocation of the rooms listed in this price list is valid until 24:00. If the staff is required to stay beyond the specified hours, an additional fee is paid, plus contributions and taxes
  4. CCC pricing policy: 20% of the amount is paid upon signing the Contract, 30% of the total amount is paid 3 days before the event and the remaining 50% is paid within 20 days of the event
  5. The University of Patras reserves the right to possess and use a small area at any point of the Center for the placement of a sales/promotional/advertising/informational exhibition stand of University of Patras materials and products
